Mary Barber, MD

Mary Barber, MD has been a fellow of the American Society of Mohs Surgery since 1995.  While serving active duty in the US Air Force, her mentor and fellow dermatologist Lt Col Daniel Ingraham developed a melanoma which led to his untimely death at age 50.  Since that time Dr. Barber has devoted her career to the diagnosis and treatment of all types of skin cancer.  As of Aug 2014 she has performed over 17000 Mohs Micrographic Surgeries.  Together with her competent and friendly staff we think you will agree that “Experience Makes the Difference.” (click here for more about Dr. Barber)

George vonHilsheimer, M.D.

 George vonHilsheimer, M.D. is joining the Skin Cancer Center of Central Florida on a periodic basis to assist Dr. Barber with skin cancer surgery overflow and locum tenans as needed.  Dr. Von is a Fellow of the American Society of Mohs Surgery and did his residency in Dermatology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington DC.  He completed a medical internship in Mohs micrographic surgery at the National Naval Medical Center.  (click here for more about George vonHilsheimer, M.D.)
