About the Staff

Scott Kelley, EE-MBA, has over 25 years in the business world with experience ranging from sales and marketing to practice management. Scott earned his Electrical Engineering BS and MBA at the University of Florida.

• Jennifer has been a Dermatology Secretary since 2000. She is very knowledgeable regarding clerical operations and patient scheduling, and billing process.
• Margo joined our staff in 2007 after moving to Ocala. She is our administrative assistant. She, also, works at the front desk at the patient check in, patient scheduling, and billing.
• Dawn has worked in the front office for 3 years. She does various clerical duties as well as helps with the billing process.

Clinical Staff

• Terry Hrobuchak, RN, CNOR, is a certified operating room nurse with over 35 years of experience in plastic surgery and dermatology. She is our Head Nurse and Surgical Coordinator.
• Jenifer is a “jack of all trades”. She has been with Dr. Barber for 8 years with 6 years experience as a surgical assistant. She is, also, trained to process the Moh’s slides.
• Ana has 4 years experience as a lab assistant. She is an expert at Mohs slide preparation, instrument sterilization, and upkeep.

Histotechnicians

• Carla, EDT II, has 5 years experience working in the emergency room. She has worked here as a Mohs Technician for 9 1/2 years and is the melanoma coordinator for the office. She, also, handles marketing to familiarize new physicians with the Mohs procedure.
• Virginia, MA, is our Lab Supervisor. She is an efficient Mohs technician as well as a helpful surgical assistant.
• Anthony, MA, HT, holds an Associates Degree in Science and has trained with the histology Department at the University of Florida Skin Cancer Center. He has 9 years experience as a medical assistant in the dermatology field.
